Welcomes to TECC's Reflective Practice & Supervision for Supervisees

Our 1/2 day workshop in Birmingham is for individuals who attend either managerial or clinical supervision. The aim of the training is to increase confidence and competence in relation to attending supervision. The ability to attend supervision prepared ensures supervisees are able to maximise their time effectively. During the training delegates will be introduced to a systematic approach to supervision which can be integrated into a supervisees current practice. Our unique development of supervisee practice is proven to promote focus and attention, ensuring the supervision process covers a multitude of areas ethically, safely and competently.

The training is provided in a friendly, informative and supportive environment at our centre in Birmingham. The written activities and practical creative exercises provide consistent opportunities to promote confidence and competence, enabling the training to be evaluated and evidenced. Delegates will be able to integrate learning into a format which is easily accessible for future use personally and professionaly.

TECC provides regular booster sessions and group supervision practice in relation to our reflective practice and supervision training.

Delegates will receive detailed literature, media and additional resources to further support and promote the effective use of supervision.

Additional support in relation to policy and procedures can be provided upon request for companies and organisations.
